shop tetsukanaは2021年に海外から製品を輸入して日本で販売を開始しました。
「素敵な製品を日本に普及させ、お客様を笑顔にする」
という使命をもとに事業を行っています。
海外製品を日本に販売するプロフェッショナルとして
３つのお約束をしています。
１，質の高い、こだわりのある製品だけを販売
２，自分たちでも商品を確認して納得のいくものだけを販売
３，万が一製品に何かあった誠心誠意お客様に対応する

As a professional who sells overseas products to Japan I make three promises.
1.Sell only high-quality and carefully selected products
2. We check the products ourselves and sell only those that we are satisfied with.
